REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please read this page before beginning the Registration/Enrollment process.
PRESCHOOL, KINDERGARTEN, AND NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Preschool student must be age three (3) or four (4) by August 1, 2023. Enrollment is LIMITED for each age group.
Kindergarten student must be age five (5) by August 1, 2023.

REGISTRATION
- Make sure you have all documents to upload.
- Click the above link.
- Create an account (be sure to write down your username and password for future use).
- Follow the instructions to register your student(s).
ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
- Parent ID
- Proof of Residency (Current utility bill or Lease agreement)
- Original Birth Certificate or certified copy
- Current Immunization Record
- Social Security Card
- Home Language Usage Survey
- Medical Form
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT(S) REQUIRED FOR PRESCHOOL:
- Proof of Income (one (1) month of income)*
*If you are unemployed, please complete the Income Verification Form
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT(S) REQUIRED FOR KINDERGARTEN:
- Physical Examination to be completed by Physician (by September 1, 2023)
- Physical Exam Parent Questionnaire
GENERAL INFORMATION
For Elementary students, K-6th: Students must attend the school zoned for their address. Contact the APSCN Office at 870-543-4200 to find which school your student will be attending.
IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION
HOME LANGUAGE USAGE SURVEY
The Home Language Usage Survey is required to be completed by all students (K—12th) enrolling in Arkansas schools.
NOTE: Incomplete packets will not be accepted and parents/guardians will be asked to submit all required documents to our office. All enrollment documents are required to finalize registration. If you have any questions regarding registration, you may contact our office at 870-543-4200.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT WITHOUT INTERNET SERVICES AT HOME
Families who do not have devices or internet services at home may come to the Pine Bluff School District (PBSD) Administration Building at 1215 West Pullen Street to complete the online registration process.
