1. To develop, provide, and support clear, consistent,and timely communication so that stakeholder trust and clarity of information can be shared on an ongoing basis. 

2. To support all PBSD students, staff, and partners by creating pathways for positive and relevant highlights throughout  the district and community. 

3. To develop, implement, and support a multi-media communication system that effectively markets PBSD as a district of excellence throughout the Pine Bluff community. 

4. To routinely and consistently update the Pine Bluff community through engagement sessions and forums that elevate the voices of ALL stakeholders.
